The Bible is full of healing truth. Verses like Psalm 34:18 remind you:
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
- Surround Yourself With Support.
Jesus often uses people to help us heal. Find a church, support group, or faith-based trauma coach who will walk with you. - Rest in Grace.
There’s no rush. Healing takes time. But grace holds you through every step.
