“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

    Jesus often uses people to help us heal. Find a church, support group, or faith-based trauma coach who will walk with you.
  2. Rest in Grace.
    There’s no rush. Healing takes time. But grace holds you through every step.
